Dvele Kitchen Remodeling: The Miami Owner’s Guide
Dvele kitchen remodeling in Miami typically costs $16,520 to $53,100 installed, depending on whether you’re replacing a single failing component or reworking the full kitchen. We stock Dvele-compatible cabinetry hardware, panel clips, and LED driver replacements on our trucks, and most part-level fixes are done in one visit.

Most Dvele owners call us after something small starts misbehaving: a soft-close drawer that slams, a cabinet panel that won’t sit flush, or under-cabinet lighting that flickers in one section. Dvele builds precision-fit kitchens, which means that when one piece drifts, the whole system feels it.
What makes this page different is that we’re not guessing. We’ve worked on Dvele kitchens throughout Miami, from Coconut Grove to Coral Gables. We know which parts fail, what the humidity does to them, and what’s actually worth replacing versus repairing.
Which Dvele Models This Applies To

Dvele kitchen systems share a common components platform across their homes, but there are compatibility gotchas worth knowing before you order anything. The cabinet box dimensions, hinge spacing, and drawer slide mounting points vary between the original Dvele builds (roughly 2018 through early 2021) and the later production runs.
The original hardware used 110-degree clip-on hinges with 35mm cup spacing. The newer builds switched to 165-degree full-overlay hinges with soft-close dampers integrated into the hinge arm. The two are not interchangeable without replacing the mounting plate, and if you force one onto the other, the door sits proud of the face frame by about 3mm. Nobody notices at first. Everyone notices after a week.
We always check the manufacturer label inside the drawer box or on the hinge arm before quoting. If the label is gone, we measure the cup depth and the overlay to identify the exact part. For aftermarket options, Blade and Salice both make quality Dvele-compatible hinges that cost less than OEM, but the damping feel is slightly stiffer. We’re happy to install them, and we’ll tell you the difference in plain language before you decide.
Mason Remodeling Co Miami is an independent service provider. We’re not affiliated with Dvele, which means we don’t have to wait on their parts pipeline. We source OEM when it matters and proven aftermarket when it saves you money without cutting corners.

Signs Your Dvele Kitchen Remodeling Is Failing
- Cabinet doors that won’t stay closed or won’t open smoothly. This is almost always a hinge failure. In Miami’s humidity, the factory lubricant inside the damper breaks down faster than it would in a dry climate, and the internal spring loses tension. You’ll notice one door drifting open overnight or a slight catch right before the door seats.
- Drawers that slam instead of gliding. Dvele’s undermount slides use polymer wheels that wear unevenly when dust gets into the track. Once one wheel flattens, the drawer rocks and the soft-close mechanism can’t engage. It’s repairable, but only if you catch it before the track itself gets scored.
- LED lighting that flickers or drops out in sections. Dvele runs low-voltage LED channels under the upper cabinets, and the drivers are mounted inside the cabinet tops. Heat plus humidity shortens driver life in Miami, and when one driver goes, it usually takes a section of the run with it. The fix is a driver swap, not a full lighting replacement.
- Cabinet panels that shift or separate at the seams. Dvele uses laminated panels with edge banding, and the adhesive can release when a kitchen takes years of steam and salt air. You’ll see a fine dark line where the banding meets the panel face. That’s the adhesive failing. Let it go and the banding peels in sheets.
- Soft-close trash pull-outs that bind halfway. The slide rails on Dvele pull-out bins collect grit and grease faster than standard drawers. When the rail binds, the bin jams out of square and eventually damages the face panel. Cleaning helps temporarily, but rail replacement is the real fix.

AfterReplacement Cost & What’s Included
For a Dvele kitchen remodeling project in Miami, you’re looking at these installed ranges:
| Scope | Installed Price Range |
|---|---|
| Full kitchen remodel (Dvele-compatible) | $16,520 – $53,100 |
| Small kitchen remodel | $10,620 – $23,600 |
| Cabinet installation | $4,720 – $15,340 |
| Countertop installation | $2,360 – $7,670 |
| Backsplash installation | $945 – $2,950 |
| Kitchen island installation | $3,540 – $11,800 |
What drives the spread is material grade and how much of the existing Dvele infrastructure you’re keeping. A straight part-level repair, like a hinge bank or driver replacement, lands at the bottom of that range. A full kitchen rework with new cabinetry, stone, and fixtures lands at the top.

Every quote includes labor, materials, disposal, and a written line-item breakdown before anything starts. You get the price in writing, and it doesn’t change unless you change the scope. The work is covered by our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if something isn’t right within a year of completion, we come back and make it right at no cost to you.
DIY or Call Us?
Some Dvele kitchen fixes are safe to inspect, but few are safe to attempt with a screwdriver and a YouTube video. You can check whether a door is out of alignment by measuring the reveal lines, and you can clean slide rails with a dry cloth. That’s about it.
Hinges on Dvele cabinets are tension-loaded, and if you pry one off the wrong way, the spring releases and the hinge arm can snap back hard enough to cut you. LED driver swaps involve low-voltage wiring inside the cabinet top, and it’s easy to short the run. We’d rather you call us. Tell me what you need done. I’ll tell you what it costs and when it’s finished, and I’ll mean both.

FAQs

Factory hinges and drawer slides on a Dvele kitchen typically last 5 to 7 years in Miami’s humidity before the soft-close mechanisms start to fail, while LED drivers often go closer to the 4-year mark. Aftermarket components with sealed dampers can extend that, and we’re happy to recommend which ones hold up in South Florida.
Some can. Dvele drawers and slide rails can often be rebuilt if you catch them before the track is scored, and a hinge that’s just sluggish can sometimes be cleaned and re-lubricated. If the damper itself has failed, repair isn’t practical and replacement is the cost-effective fix. Call (850) 780-8123 and we’ll tell you which bucket your part falls into.
A part-level repair, like a hinge bank or LED driver swap, is usually done in a single visit same day. A full kitchen remodel in a Miami Dvele home typically runs 3 to 6 weeks depending on material lead times and whether we’re moving plumbing or electrical.
We stock the most common Dvele-compatible hardware on the truck: hinges, drawer slides, dampers, and LED drivers. Less common parts are ordered and arrive within a few days. We also work with KraftMaid, Cambria, and Silestone for full remodel materials, which means we can source compatible cabinetry and surfaces without waiting on a single supply channel. Call (850) 780-8123 for an exact quote, estimates are free.
No. You get a written price before any work begins, and we don’t pad it later. The only way the number changes is if you ask us to add something that wasn’t in the scope, and we’ll put that change in writing too before doing the work.
